The issue is that it’s not merely a “gun” Israel is responding with - it’s more akin to getting attacked with a knife and calling in an AC-130 in response.

Civilians on both sides are hurting, and the actions of Hamas deserve nothing less than swift retribution. But to march on a warpath that is inching ever closer to being a genocide… no.
The State of Israel made this bed. And now it’s forcing innocent people, Israeli and Palestinian, to sleep in it.
