Space Engineers. Hou can do lots of cool engineering things, but the venn diagram of “fun” and “bugged beyond belief” is nearly a perfect match. If it works, it is peobably boring, like the crafting system.

I mean, depending on the setup and the quality of coffee it can be… Not cheap. Takes a while to break even on a premium espresso machine and grinder and specialty coffee. And the gadgets… Still bought a beefy machine (used) though, because I want my espresso damn it.
Got an Ecovacs omni x1, and it is so great to always have clean floors.
One of my best purchases was an Omnium Mini-max cargo bike. It covers so many trips where I felt the lack of a car was a hinderance, and provides a ton of fun besides. Just wen’t bike touring with the thing, and the volume advantage compared to a regular bike setup allowed me to bring such luxuries as an actual, real, authentic pillow.
