Good old pookleblinky - really sad I haven’t been able to follow them since I jumped ship at Twitter.

Trump and the fed jumped at every last opportunity to juice the economy from 2016-2020 and they’ll do it again if he gets elected again. He was really damn lucky he inherited a decent economy to do that with, and was followed up by a responsible administration to keep things in check. I could go on and on about this but in the end I’m really just hoping we come to our senses and elect leaders who are interested in keeping the ship steady instead of this chaotic feast/famine cycle we’ve been living through these past few decades.
That’s where I started and still really enjoyed it a lot. Definitely a character here or there that they assumed I knew but for the most part it all made sense.
Good thing we didn’t spend the last 50 years attaching everything to the stock market because that would have been a real pain to untangle
100% agreed. I can’t even count on my lockscreen activating sometimes, why would I feel okay about this?
Me too, and this is the first one I’ve seen
The craziest thing to me are those further leftists threatening to abandon Biden and let Trump walk in.
I mean, they can complain and oppose the democrats all they want but they should also never ever forget that today’s GOP is just the latest incarnation of the leftist’s longtime fascist enemy. Keeping them from power is and always has been a top priority.

Sure would be nice to have real support compared to the garbage service I have right now.
Aw okay good to know. Thanks for the help.
Do you know if you can pause your service? I’m overseas for months at a time but like to be able to preserve my phone number.
It was really hard to pull off the bandage but I finally did it. It was really death by 1000 cuts but the last one for me was when they started injecting ads (not the baked-in ads, mind you) into podcasts. Apparently paying for Spotify to remove ads to them only meant removing ads from the music. To insult their users like that was enough for me.
I’m skeptical of all that - surely they understand that roads carry more than just goods and services. It’s such a basic part of society that you’d have to be from another planet to be confused about that and build a whole argument based on it.
No I’m for term limits. Each presidential election the popular vote should go to decide the party that gets to nominate the next justice. The first one in has to retire at that same time.
I also think we should increase the size of the court and cycle in/out two every four years - somewhere around where we’d have 20 year term limits. Side bonus, I think it’d be a benefit for all of us that the court has a larger variety of voices and be more difficult to hack the way the GOP has this court.
You’re right especially in that it almost makes sense - the only people I’ve seen who are more allergic to nuance than libertarians are Trumpists
Nice thanks, always good to have options
Amazing sounds like a great place to start! And sounds like I have plenty to learn to get it working.
Thanks for the suggestion, hadn’t heard of it.
So I guess it’s a VPN software - would that solve all three needs in one? I can see how it works for remote files but not as well how it would help with the other two.
Amazing, thanks - I’ll look into them.
I’m really torn on this because his debate performance really was shocking to me. But the incumbency is a point in his favor which is lost if he’s replaced. I’m going to stick with him but if something disruptive happens like a legitimate border crisis or the economy suddenly tanks - THAT’S when it would be imperative that he be replaced. If one or two of his other favorables disappear then the incumbency will start to become a noose.
