No the poster clearly stated ‘poops blood’. Farting blood would be very serious. Pooping blood just means you are going to die soon.
Kind of similar to how Jewish theology explains how in the mythical past god was appearing as a burning bush and talking a lot, but now (like for the last 2500 years) god is mute.
