It works if you take it for its function: to signal the body that night is starting in 1-2 hours, and take it in a small dose (1-2mg). It’s not a sedative, like many seem to assume. It’s best to take it when you start your night routine.

Handful of cases only in the US. Globally there were around 900 cases to date (starting 2003).
The problem is that idiots drinking H5N1 milk might bring about human-to-human transmission of it which will be a dire situation. To date, around 50% of the 200-something human cases resulted in death. For comparison, the worst mortality rates of covid were around 20-25% in the very beginning.
Is your argument for bombing being the right decision the same (that it resulted in less bloodshed overall)? If so, how can you estimate the body count of the alternative (a prolonged conventional war, I assume)?
I went from a company that used github to one that uses gitlab. I thought it was going to be great and was excited for using a new thing. But it’s really clunky in comparison.
Is it possible for someone to not be actively anti-something, or the lack if being so will qualify them as pro-something?
She’s not a “children’s author”, she hired a ghost writer. To write a book about children dealing with grief.
It’s the worst way to document something (doesn’t even make sense to call it documentation). It’s closed source and the content is only accessible if you register with an email address.
Yeah, that era has ended in the early 2000s
Yeah, I think it’s just the critical mass that makes a space feel lively. The discussions I participated in felt great (actually felt like pre-digg reddit). It’s a trade-off. I similarly minimized my own reddit usage, but I still browse it on my desktop (much less than before). And that’s fine. I also stopped using Twitter, and Mastodon is a similar story: fewer, but better interactions. I don’t mind it, and it also might be by design. It’s not a for profit service and it does not need to make the engagement line go up all the time. I have more time to do what I actually want.
Are you referring to the one that lastpass blamed their own lean on? Which turned out to be a 5 year old, long fixed CVE?
Curious, when did they handle hack poorly?
Are there even sites with user-uploaded content anymore? I feel like it’s only studio content (which is safer, but we miss out on real amateur videos)
Yeah I respect that and I’m not suggesting anyone to take supplement - it works for my lifestyle, but it might not work for others. For me it’s easier to take a pill than eat all the foods I should.
For me, they do seem to have an effect. I sleep better, my nails become strong and generally I feel more enegized. The latter is of course very subjective.
Is there a difference between a pyramid and a ponzi scheme?
Are you also a “guns don’t kill people, people kill people” kinda person?
