Dogs have whiskers.
I am sworn to carry your burdens…

Ear piercings harm women’s physical and emotional health?
Do you think they can’t be removed? It’s just an earring but for your nose.
Nah I was squinting at the picture trying to find it.
I’ll be honest, I like it. It has a soft texture, nice mild buttery flavour, and can be incorporated into various dishes though is commonly eaten on its own as sashimi.

If we just met, yes it is rude. We’re strangers, my life story is none of your business. If we’re more than acquaintances, I expect it would come up naturally at some point in conversation so not rude (hopefully).
I’m a visible minority so I have to weed out the people who are just trying to satisfy their curiosity about why I’m not white. Those people don’t ever accept the answer that I’m from Vancouver, or that my parents are from Winnipeg. I will never be Canadian enough for those people because of how I look.
Nobody ever asks my white spouse out of nowhere whether he speaks X language even though he’s given no indication that he does, and nobody ever asks him where he’s really from.
Don’t worry, mine is extremely cheap and it does the job. I also get those tiny scabs sometimes, and for me it’s from ripping out a particularly thick hair.
For taking care of your skin, don’t overcomplicate it! Exfoliating is definitely a good start, and always remember to moisturise. You shouldn’t need to pay an arm and a leg and incorporate 37 steps to keep your skin healthy.
Do you tend to have sensitive skin? Maybe you need to change up your skincare routine. Or you may just need some time to get used to it. It is kind of a violent action to rip hairs out of your skin after all. It gets easier though, fewer hairs come back and I find it doesn’t even hurt anymore.
I highly recommend epilating! Like waxing, you’re pulling the hair out by the root so it lasts a long time, but unlike waxing, you’re not also pulling your skin. Just like doing a coat of primer before you start painting, you may need to do a bit of a shave first, but the maintenance after that is very easy.
Most places vampires hang out don’t have sprinklers, notably the graveyard and various crypts and tunnels.

Yes, I’m Canadian so going outside was encouraged because you have to take advantage of good weather. There were woods behind my house that had trails so I spent a lot of time in there. There were bears in there so I never went alone.
Hanging out with other kids usually required a ride because I went to Catholic school and all the neighbourhood kids went to public school, so none of my friends lived within walking distance.
I wasn’t cool in school either, but I had a bunch of friends just as weird as me. The good thing about having to wear a uniform is that since everyone is dressed the same, it’s harder to bully kids for not wearing what’s in style.

Bro I was born to Chinese parents too. I stopped seeing movies with my parents when I started going with my friends instead.
Idk what young people do these days, but in my day, aside from movies, we did things like:

The most recent movie I saw in theatres was Scream 7. It was a really good time, considering I generally prefer to watch movies at home. It’s an interesting experience being able to feed off the rest of the audiences emotions and reactions.
But at home I can go to the washroom whenever I want, I can announce to the room that
that’s Voldemort’s dick! (28 Years Later: Bone Temple)
and I don’t have to sneak in snacks and drinks in an oversized purse while trying not to crinkle and clank.
Going to the movies was like a quintessential part of being a teen when I was growing up. And once we could drive, going to the drive-in was fun too. Load up your parents’ minivan with friends, chairs, and blankets, and go watch two or three movies back to back until the blankets are covered in dew at 2am. Replace “friends” with “partner”, and “watching movies” with “making out” as needed. Good times.

I like the ones with wafer inside, like Kit Kat or Coffee Crisp. Tim Tam is the best though, especially the dark chocolate variety. Especially especially if you use it in a Tim Tam Slam.
They are different tools, but fun fact, you can make curls or waves with a straightener depending on technique. A curling iron will only do curls.
This post always makes me smile and reminisce on my old '99 corolla with great fondness. I treated that thing like absolute shit and it’s probably still out there somewhere puttering around without a care in the world. It had almost 400k km on it when my parents donated it but it was in fine (if a bit rattling) condition.
It was succeeded by an '01 corolla which sadly is no longer with us due to a non-corolla driver plowing into its passenger side.

Hey man, happy lunar new year. Why don’t you make a habit of taking a walk in the park, since you felt good about it earlier? Try to do it regularly, it’s good for you to get out to a relaxing space. If you like dogs you should get a dog. It’ll make you get out even if you don’t want to, plus they’re adorable and give unconditional love.
I didn’t always get along with my mom growing up, but our relationship massively improved once I moved out. My sister butts heads with her way more than I ever did, and they’re much more similar people. I’m much more like my dad and we get along great. Can’t wait to see them this weekend. 🧋🧧🧨
I once bought a pack of pre-marinated ribs where one of the cooking steps was to realise you needed the box that you just threw out, and to pull it out of the trash to read the instructions.
