I don’t think that’s a death threat at all. Guillotines are a metaphor for the working class forcibly taking power away from the ruling elite.

I understand geometrically they have the same number of holes but in my head straws still have two holes because they have an “inside” so both entrances to the inside have to be a hole.

I haven’t looked into it at all but I expect IPs are visible to instance admins. That’s pretty typical of any online platform.
