Could you describe what “webrings” were? I’ve read about them in a similar thread, but couldn’t find any info on them.

I could imagine something similar to reddit’s multisubreddit feature, whereas in this case it’s different magazines/communities from different instances or even services.

I am intrigued about this whole UAP whistleblower guy named David Grusch.
Is it Psyops, confused officials, a business model (to sell books, speak on conferences)?
