Yeah but consider this… they’d make less profit. So, you see your point is not valid to them. They are entitled to their level of profit and if anything endangers that then you simply need to charge more money.
This could have been avoided somewhat. ISPs abandon working equipment all of the time. At the moment i have a few routers and other goodies from windstream and lumen that they didn’t want back.
