Immediately after the shooting there were waves of stories about long standing approval battles being won, hospitals noticing a change, etc… Yes, it’s anecdotal which people say like it isn’t real for some reason, but that just means we lack more verifiable evidence. The only way to learn more is to repeat the experiment.
