There’s a big problem of scalpers buying collectable cards and re-selling them for ridiculous prices. It’s especially a problem for Pokemon TCG since that has a massive kid audience who are being unfairly shut out.

Same basic concept, someone who buys up as much of a limited, high demand item as possible and resells it at significant markup.
