Alaska’s News Source reviewed video of the final moments of 34-year-old Kristopher Handy’s life before he was shot and killed by Anchorage police officers and interviewed multiple neighbors about that deadly night, painting a different picture than what the Anchorage Police Department said.
He raised his gun. That’s what a witness told us. And we didn’t trust our officers when they said he didn’t. In fact, we went with witness over what the officers knew to be true because it provided cover for an unjustified killing.
In fact, let’s drop the charade. The officers all had an “oh shit” moment after the murder and colluded to lie about him raising his gun. We only invented this witness account after we were caught in a lie. Btw, we need more funding
