The cops had AR15s, body armor, helmets, flash bang grenades, the works. They also outnumbered the shooter 376 to 1. The shooters vest had no armor plating.

I worked at Walmart before 2010, and witnessed how they were getting rid of 20+ yr employees that had accrued higher wages and benefits, to replace them with part-time people working for nearly minimum wage and no benefits.
