Aug 2 (Reuters) - U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Friday revoked plea deals agreed to earlier this week with the man accused of masterminding the Sept. 11 attacks, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and two accomplices, who are held at the U.S. military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
They can’t even follow the special rules they made for their special court. One wonders why they don’t just take KSM behind the woodshed since the outcome is obviously the point of the process.
When you see what a kangaroo court the US Military runs, remember that millions of Arab residents of the occupied territories are under military jurisdiction while their colonizing neighbors enjoy rights under civilian justice. Israel is the only country in the world who’s military runs juvenile courts.
I really wonder if they are concerned about discovery and a whole lot of black ops nonsense ending in the public record.
