The farmers are scamming you out of 98% of your milk. Whole milk is also a scam. You’d think it’s 100% milk, but nope. When they filter 100% milk into 2% milk, whatever leftover doesn’t go into the 2% hole becomes “Whole” milk. 1% milk is a rounding error from this system, and don’t even get me started on skim milk. They don’t even have milk in that milk.
