They pretend it’s referring to a speech by Wilfred Laurier in 1904 that they totally knew about.
They’re great at spelling compared to the typical US equivalent of this type of idiot.
I’ve seen this car often in the VictoriaBC subr*ddit - looks like he fixed it recently but he used to have it spelled “Polievre”
