1·9 days agoSome years back, they extended DST here in New Zealand by about a month each side. It now runs from September to April. I like it better being longer.
17·2 months agoI was born in Christchurch, New Zealand, and as a child in the 70s and 80s we had smog warnings where you weren’t allowed outside.
It’s not a big city, but the topography meant that pollution would sometimes get trapped over the city by the surrounding hills. Obviously it’s not like that now, but I’m sure it’s why we all got asthma.

It’s crazy that Martha Stewart went to prison for insider trading, and now the president is selling it.
I’m from New Zealand, and I will ABSOLUTELY be celebrating the end of this fucker.
