  • 125 g of couscous 60-90 g of sugar 1/4 vanilla bean 60 g raisin 1 L milk

    Put everything in a pot, set to simmer.

    Wait for the milk to be about level with the couscous. At this point you can either cut the heat, or let it cook a little longer to firm up. Keep in mind, it gets much firmer as it cools
