You asked if I thought a rich person of color has less power and privilege than you do. Since the topic is Ms Rachel calling for wealthy white celebrities to match her donation, I asked if you were one.

Because yes, wealthy white celebrities generally have more power and privilege than rich people of color.

And so therefore, Ms Rachel needs to qualify her statement so that only white wealthy celebrities should match her donation to Palestine? Is that correct?

Inviting wealthy white celebrities to match her donation does not mean that only wealthy white celebrities can donate.

You’re taking my question out of context. I asked if Ms Rachel wrote that because, as an advantaged person, she needs to qualify her statement to only include white people. Obviously anybody can donate to Palestinian causes. I’m asking if she needs to direct her statement to only white people because of her advantage.

I will leave it at this: She expressed herself poorly, and she does a disservice to both causes because of it.

You have expressed yourself poorly here and you do a disservice to this cause because you’re crying about feeling discriminated against as a white person.

                Be better.

No, I don’t feel discriminated against, I just think it’s a stupid thing to call out white people specifically for Palestinian donations when all donations should be asked for. Please be better and just argue the points, don’t make up shit and accuse me of “crying about feeling discriminated against” because you want to make internet points.

What do you think I was doing up until that point? There’s nothing to fabricate here when we have your own words in writing to see.
