Yeah, I suspect that she’s fundamentally a true believer in what she says, and I think that’s why her party finds her hard to work with. She’s headstrong, sincere, bigoted, insane, and pretty gullible. She seems to have grown disillusioned once she realized a lot of politicians on her side aren’t like her.

It must be strange to be a true believer surrounded by opportunists.
She just needs attention, all the time.
